As a tribal leader, he brings over ten years of experience. Past Chairman Louis Manuel has been an integral part of the growth and success of his tribe. A drive through his community not only shows his ability to grasp the vision of his elders in growing and providing services for tribal members, but also the collaboration for many community projects in the neighboring town of Maricopa. Experienced in reviewing over 100 significant projects for feasibility and profitability for tribal governments; his experience and successful techniques can also be applied to your projects.
